Privacy Policy
This policy covers the SSRS Labs website at ssrslabs.com. The short version: we don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your information.
Who we are
SSRS Labs LLC (“SSRS Labs”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software studio. You can reach us at [email protected].
Our apps have their own policies
This policy applies only to this website. Each of our apps publishes its own privacy policy describing what that app collects and how it is used:
- Chronicle privacy policy
- Guardian Chart privacy policy
- CharleyBarley privacy policy

What this website collects
Nothing you enter. The site has no accounts, forms, or sign-ups.
Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained by the provider for a limited period.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to help with your request.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not embed social media trackers. Our network and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse; it is not used to identify or track you.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this website — for hosting, email, and content delivery and security. They process the limited technical data described above only to provide those services, under their own privacy policies.
Links to other sites
This website links to our product sites, app stores, and other third-party sites. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us about, or ask us to delete, any correspondence you've sent us by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; contact us and we'll help.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
